Digital goods such as ranks, perks, and in-game items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

In rare instances where a customer experiences an issue with their purchase due to a problem on our end, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may, at our discretion, include replacing the product or offering store credit.
